It depends on size, layout changes and the products you choose. Rather than quote a number that may not fit your room, we measure first and give you an itemised written quote, so you can see where the money goes and adjust.

Yes. Strip-out, waterproofing, tiling, plumbing, electrical coordination and fit-off are all managed by our team as one job, with the relevant compliance certificates at the end.

Usually, yes. Keeping the toilet, shower and basin where they are is the simplest way to control cost. We will tell you honestly when moving something is worth it.

You can. We just need the details early so we can check fit, rough-in heights and warranty conditions before work starts.

Yes. Small rooms often need more careful planning than big ones: wall-hung toilets, slim vanities and good lighting make a real difference.

Often, yes. Washlet seats fit many standard toilet pans, but you need a power point near the toilet and a compatible bowl shape. Send us a photo and the model of your toilet and we will check.

A Washlet needs a nearby power outlet. If there isn't one, a licensed electrician must install it. We can coordinate that as part of the job.

Yes. As an authorised dealer we supply genuine TOTO products for the Australian market, covered by TOTO's Australian warranty.

A traditional bidet is a separate fixture. A Washlet is a seat that replaces your toilet seat and adds warm-water cleansing, a heated seat and drying, so it needs no extra floor space.

Yes. Seat height, shape and comfort are personal, so we encourage it. Call ahead and we will show you the models on display.

Both. We design and install complete kitchens, and we also supply sinks, tapware, cooktops and rangehoods if you already have a cabinet maker.

Yes. Keeping the sink, cooktop and dishwasher where they are keeps plumbing and electrical costs down. We will suggest changes only where they really improve how the kitchen works.

We work with engineered stone, natural stone, porcelain slabs and timber, depending on the look, budget and how hard the kitchen is used.

Yes. Euro laundries behind doors, stacked washer-dryer towers and slim trough cabinets work well in apartments and townhouses.

Yes. We design and install reach-in and walk-in wardrobes with hanging, drawers, shoe storage and integrated lighting.

Either. Most clients have us manage the whole room from design to handover, but you can also buy products only, or have us supply and install specific items such as a TOTO toilet or a vanity.

Yes. After we measure the room and agree on the products, you get a written quote that sets out the scope before any work starts.

Yes. If you already have trades, we can supply the products and give them the specifications they need.

Our showroom is in Mount Waverley, close to Oakleigh, Clayton, Mount Waverley and Glen Waverley. We take on renovation projects across Melbourne and supply products Melbourne-wide.

It depends on the size of the room and how much changes. Moving plumbing, structural work or custom joinery adds time, and so do products on back-order. We give you a written schedule before work starts.

Yes, and we recommend it. Finishes, tap weights and toilet seat heights are hard to judge from a photo. Call ahead and we will have someone free to walk you through the range.
